Foam Part at Crocker Park
Wear swimsuits and bring a towel because this event is going to be wet!
From May-August, the best shopping venue on the Westside will be hosting, FUN, FREE, interactive activities for kids! Crocker Kids will be held once a month on Tuesdays from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Each month will have a unique theme that will allow for much fun in the sun for kids and parents alike!
Our foam parties are a lot of fun and we love the enjoyment they bring to kids. In order to ensure that everyone has a FUN AND SAFE time at these events, we are instituting some new rules.
1. You can only go into the foam pit if you are 10 and under. If your child is over the age of 10, they are still welcome to attend the event, as there will be other fun for them.
2. We are instituting a maximum 3-1 child to adult ratio. That means if you are bringing several children, whether it be a childcare facility, or a bunch of cousins all coming together, you must have one adult for every three children. We simply don’t have enough staff to make sure everyone in the foam pit is following all safety guidelines.
3. And last, but not least, we hope everyone comes with a great attitude, ready to have two hours of free fun in the sun!

Storytime at Malley’s
Join us for a sweet storytime at Malley’s in Rocky River. We will be reading Curious George Goes to a Chocolate Factory and Love Monster and the Last Chocolate. Of course, we’ll also be sampling some treats. Storytime attendees will each earn one sticker for their Read Your Way to a Sundae game board.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Seating will not be provided. Plan to bring something for your child to sit on, such as a beach towel or blanket.
Musical Instrument Petting Zoo

The larger-than-life Duck Tape® sculptures created by students and artists from the Art Academy of Cincinnati as part of our longtime partnership will feature classic Western themes, embracing the best of the "Wild West." Participants can snap and share photos or videos of their sculpture-hunting journey on social media for a chance to win a prize pack worth over $500.

Free Carousel Rides at Schoepfle Gardens
The gardens are beautiful. They also have a children’s garden that my kids love running around and exploring (same area as the carousel). Important Notes: The carousel is always free but has limited hours. Wednesday 1-4pm, Thursday 1-4pm, Friday 10am-12pm, Saturday 1-4pm. Story Time at Malley’s in Lakewood
Join us for a sweet storytime at Malley’s in Lakewood. Our special guest reader, Adele Malley, will be reading Curious George Goes to a Chocolate Factory and Love Monster and the Last Chocolate. Of course, we’ll also be sampling some treats. Storytime attendees will each earn one sticker for their Read Your Way to a Sundae game board.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Seating will not be provided. Plan to bring something for your child to sit on, such as a beach towel or blanket.

Rediscover Veterans Memorial Bridge
Rediscover Veterans Memorial Bridge is an immersive experience on the subway level of the bridge. The two-day event will include a creative art installation, Go Dream by Chuck Karnak, lighting, sound, and performances that guarantee to be memorable and transformative. This self-guided tour will allow visitors to experience the original streetcar station and tracks, unique views of the Cuyahoga River, Lake Erie, and downtown Cleveland.
Free, Registration not required. All attendees will be required to sign a waiver. This event requires a lot of walking. Wear comfortable shoes. The event is wheelchair & stroller friendly.
