1. Story Walk at Crocker Park March Friday, March 29-Saturday, March 30
The story walk features Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and begins at Barnes & Noble.

2. No-School Nature Day: Spring Is Here Friday, March 29
Take a fresh air break on your day off of school! Join us at the nature center for family-friendly activities that will include stories and songs, animal meet and greets, hikes with a naturalist and more.

4. I-Spy NATURE QUEST Friday, March 29-Saturday, March 30
Salamanders are masters of hide-and-seek; do you have what it takes to find them? Stop in to visit this nature center and see if you can find all the sneaky salamanders they’ve hidden. If you can find all five, you can pick out a prize!

5. Hunt of the Month Friday, March 29-Saturday, March 30
Head to CanalWay Center and hunt for 20 eggs hidden all around the center. Are they blue robin’s eggs? Large white eagle eggs? Glow in the dark firefly egg? Yes, and more! It’s gonna be spring, and it’s time for eggs!

8. Free photos with the Easter Bunny at Crocker Park Saturday, March 30
Hop over to Crocker Park on Saturday, March 30 for free, self-serve photos with the Easter Bunny! Dress to impress and create a lasting memory for the whole family! Pets are welcome too from 10-1PM inside the North Union Farmers Market located at 292 Main Street, Westlake, OH 44145.
9. Spring Egg Hunt at the Cleveland Botanical Garden Saturday, March 30
Make plans to join the fun from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. for an eggceptionally fun morning at the Cleveland Botanical Garden. There will be no official “start” time to the egg hunt. Eggs will be continually hidden all morning long; once each hunter has received his/her 10 natural seed bomb eggs, they can retrieve their delicious prize at our candy station. Tickets required. 10. Easter Egg Hunt at Christian Heritage Assembly of God Saturday, March 30
Community Easter Egg Hunt. There will be two hunts: the first hunt at 10 am and the second hunt at 11:30 am. Choose your best time to come. There will be an Easter story, prizes, giveaways, and many Easter Eggs to pick up on the church grounds. This is a free family event and open to kids up to 6th grade to hunt for eggs. Register here.
11. Watershed Stewardship Drop By: Rainbows Are Refracting! Saturday, March 30
Stop by to learn about how light reflects and refracts to create beautiful colors! Do you know which color we can see the most shades of? Create a tissue paper rainbow to hang in your window to explore those colors for yourself!

12. Free Easter egg hunt at the Common Grounds in Medina Saturday, March 30
This Saturday, the CG vendors came together to bring you the first adult easter egg hunt! Find eggs with candy, coupons to your favorite tcg shops and more hidden around The Warehouse! Then, bring your littles to the traditional easter egg hunt on Saturday March 30th! Find eggs with candy, trinkets & more hidden around the warehouse for a day of family fun. More info here.
13. $2 Saturday Movies at Regal Cinemas Saturday, March 30
Regal is making it easier than ever to plan a fun Saturday morning with your kids! On Saturdays, they’re showing some of your favorite family movies — like The Super Mario Bros. Movie or Harry Potter — for just $2 a ticket at the first showtime of the day. More info is available here.

We especially love going to Nature Centers during the winter months. Particularly because it can be hard to find ways to get out with your kids when the weather is cold.
