Follow us on our family getaway to Mt. Pleasant Lodge ).
This 4-bedroom, private 15-acre lodge was beautiful and just what we needed to unwind and relax.
The cleanliness of the cabin, and the beautiful decor, left us in awe. One of the best parts was that all we had to bring was our clothing and food. Utensils, dishes, and linens are all provided—, and there’s even a spice rack, so we didn’t have to worry about the little things.
Outside there’s a play set, disc golf, fire pit (every stay comes with a fun s’more kit from @campthebackyard !), hot tub, hammocks, woods to explore, and even a zipline.
Our kids’ favorite part was the basement which has an amazing game room. Our kids were in heaven (and our husbands 🤪). There’s ping pong, billiards, air hockey, giant Connect 4, Magnet Tiles with a lightboard, Arcade Games, and a couple video game systems. Plus TWO tvs.
There were plenty of amenities to keep our kids entertained long enough to give us time to relax.
